The Watersheds & Waterways team works to improve water quality and wildlife habitat throughout watersheds in Central Iowa. We develop watershed plans, host events, create educational materials, provide conservation technical assistance, and collaborate with several local partners. We also promote habitat for pollinators and wildlife through habitat design and restoration, as well as providing local residents with free seeds through the native seed bank program.
